My name is John Gray
I was born in 1960 and grew up in the Hamiltonhill and Possilpark areas of Glasgow in the South West of Scotland.
Following Art School graduation in Aberdeen in 1986, and then later a year at teacher training college at Moray House in Edinburgh, I became an art teacher in North Lanarkshire for 25 years.
I retired from teaching in 2015 and have been concentrating on photography since then, mostly on my own work, occasionally on client work, though I've recently reitred from that work too to focus fully on my own personal projects.
